Rooibos is cultivated on more than 600 farms in the vast Cederburg area of South Africa about two hundred miles north of Cape Town. Unlike our regular red Rooibos tea, the organic green variety is made by stopping the natural fermentation (oxidization) process of the tea just after it's cut.
