The tea is stored until late Summer-early Autumn when the osmanthus flowers are picked. The osmanthus flowers are plucked in the early morning before the flowers open and disperse their heavenly essential oils.

Once picked, the osmanthus flowers are blended with the black tea. After the flowers have released all their aroma, they are removed and fresh flowers are added to the tea to be infused a second time. This process is repeated several times until the sweet osmanthus flavor is completely infused in the tea leaves.

Brew tea at 195º - steep for 3-5 minutes.
